Who Is Denise O'Connor?
I am an experienced paralegal in probate, elder law, and family law. I received an A.A.S. Degree in Paralegal Studies from College of DuPage in May 2017. I interned with a respected family law attorney and worked as a probate and elder law paralegal after graduation. I have drafted petitions, motions, correspondence, pre-trial memorandums, accounting reports, and government benefit applications. I have also organized and analyzed discovery for family law matters and financial information for probate and elder law matters. Throughout my professional experience, I have utilized effective communication with a focus to convey important information in a clear and concise manner. Professionally, I have had the privilege of working one-on-one with clients to solve problems and provide support. I take pride in my work and always work with the goal of accomplishing tasks ahead of deadlines. I strongly feel that meeting expectations is not good enough. I always strive to surpass expectations by thinking ahead and anticipating future needs.
